Katie is one of our home-grown. Her motivation to pursue a fitness career began a little differently to most. Managing her own successful business meant ultra-long hours and stress.
A lack of personal time forged an unhealthy relationship with fast food and alcohol, sending her confidence, motivation and mental health spiralling downward. A change was necessary. With structure and ongoing support, working out and healthy eating no longer felt like a ‘box to tick’ but an essential way of her daily life. Katie is now qualified to help others leading similarly pressured lifestyles.
