Free classes, great coffee and giveaways

Everyone is welcome to join us for a FREE morning of fitness in Newstead. Come down and check out our new gym and unique training concept. We offer the hottest, hybrid HIIT group training method on the planet… and next-level 1-on-1 targeted training. It’s a start-up and we invite you to check it out Saturday 27 July and support our fitness family.

What’s on? Let’s start with…

COFFEE

We are serving up boutique coffee to hot-wire your morning.

NUTRITION

There’ll be nutritious snacks, nuckle breakfast bowls and selected supplements to keep you fuelled-up for the day.

ACTIVE WEAR

Check out the latest active wear from our fitness partners Lorna Jane and SQDAthletica who will be offering special discounts on the day.

MASSAGE

Our friends from Health Place will be on-site providing assessments and free treatments to target all the tights spots from your training week.

INFLATABLE BOXING RING

Pair up with oversized gloves and give it a whack with your friends and family inside our MAD inflatable ring. If not you, let the kids have a crack!

CHALLENGES

Smash it for a minute on our new Concept 2 Rowers, Skiers and Bikes.  Prizes awarded (male and female) to those who crank out best distances.

MYSTERY GUEST

FREE CLASSES

We’re staging 4 x 30-minute blasts and need volunteers. It‘s suitable for all abilities so don’t stress if you’ve never done anything like this before. All you need is an empty stomach and a sense of adventure.

6.30am – 7.00am Pad punish (boxing) with Marc and Joel

7.30am – 8.00am MAD metabolic (HIIT) with Karen and Katie

8.30am – 9.00am Pad punish (boxing) with Marc and Joel

9.30am – 10.00am MAD metabolic (HIIT) with Karen and Katie
